On cancelling licence of management company

On 18 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licence No. 21-000-1-00742, dated 29 July 2010, to carry out management of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued by the Federal Financial Markets Service to the limited liability company NOMOS-BANK Management Company (PSRN: 1097746828387) (hereinafter, the Company).

The reason to cancel the licence issued to the Company is the request of the Company.
