On 19 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on the reorganisation of non-profit organisation Non-Governmental Pension Fund Strategiya through transformation into a joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Strategiya, to take a decisionon the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Strategiya, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Strategiya.
