On securities issue

On 17 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Oblcommunenergo Invest placed through private subscription;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Space Special Purpose Systems Corporation Kometa placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15063-А-003D;

to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Research and Production Corporation Space Monitoring Systems, Information & Control and Electromechanical Complexes named after A.G. Iosifian placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-14903-А-003D to the additional issue of securities;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Investment Development Agency of Novosibirsk Region placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-12035-F-007D.
