On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 16 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

Moscow-based Investment Company Premium Invest, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Saint Petersburg-based Status Finance, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Moscow-based INVESTMENT COMPANY FORUM, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Moscow-based PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY REGIONAL JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK MOSKVA to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

Saint Petersburg-based public joint-stock company Bank for Electric Power Industry (ENERGOMASHBANK) to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

Moscow-based joint-stock company Alemar Management Company to carry out securities management due to a change of location and name;

Moscow-based public joint-stock company MTS-Bank to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location and name;

Moscow-based joint-stock company DenizBank Moscow to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name.
