On 15 January 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to suspend an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of EuroChem Northwest, joint-stock company;
to register an issue and prospectus of series 03 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of Russian Highways, state company, placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 4-02-00011-T to the securities issue;

to register issues of classes A1, A2 and A3 non-convertible interest-bearing certified mortgage housing bonds, and prospectus of classes A1, A2 and A3 non-convertible interest-bearing certified mortgage housing bonds of Mortgage Agent of AHML
to register amendments to the decision on an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of Plant No. 9, public joint-stock company, placed through private subscription; state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33242-D-004D;
