The Bank of Russia took decisions to cancel the following licences of a professional securities market participant:
based on the application of ROSEKSIMBANK CJSC (Moscow, TIN 7704001959) — licence No. 077-04379-100000, dated 29 December 2000, to carry out broker activities, licence No. 077-04583-000100, dated 17 January 2001, to carry out depositary activity and licence No. 077-04401-001000, dated 29 December 2000, to carry out securities management;
based on the application of NovahovCapitalBank CJSC (Moscow, TIN 7319000865) — licence No. 077-11806-001000, dated 25 November 2008, to carry out securities management;
