On cancelling qualification certificate
On 17 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series AV-002 qualification certificate No. 004664 of financial market specialist to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued to Mikhail Telyatnikov.
The reason for cancelling the certificate was repeated violations by Mikhail Telyatnikov as the sole executive body of the closed joint-stock company INTERKOMMERZ Asset Management (hereinafter, the Management Company) of requirements of the Russian legislation on investment funds during the period when the Management Company repeatedly violated the requirements of the Russian legislation on investment funds due to which by its Order No. OD-2687, dated 7 November 2015, the Bank of Russia cancelled the licence of the Management Company No.
