Following the request of the Moscow-based Commercial Bank The Interstate Clearing Bank, Ltd. (TIN: 7706015210), on 17 December 2015, the Bank of Russia decided to cancel licence of professional securities market participant to carry out broker activity No. 177-02658-100000, dated 1 November 2000, and dealer activity No. 177-02682-010000, dated 1 November 2000.
