On 17 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on reorganising the non-governmental pension fund APK-Fond through its transformation into the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund APK-Fond, to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund APK-Fond and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund APK-Fond.
