On reorganising non-governmental pension fund

On 17 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on reorganising the non-governmental pension fund Non-Governmental Pension Fund Sberegatelny through its transformation into the joint-stock company the non-governmental pension fund Non-Governmental Pension Fund Sberegatelny, to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company the non-governmental pension fund Non-Governmental Pension Fund Sberegatelny, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company the non-governmental pension fund Non-Governmental Pension Fund Sberegatelny.
