On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

On 17 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management of the Limited Liability Company VolgaCapital (TIN: 6317062166, PRSN: 1066317002070).
The reasons to take the decision to cancel the licences were repeated violations by the company within a year of requirements of the Russian securities legislation.
