On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Republic of Dagestan, dated 31 October 2014, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK ESID, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1991, date of registration — 29 July 1992), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3245 dated 18 November 2014) to terminate from 19 November 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK ESID, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2648, dated 30 September 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Makhachkala-based credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK ESID, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, or ESIDBANK LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
