On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2522, dated 16 September 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Bank24.ru or OJSC Bank24.ru Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-3218 dated 17 November 2014):

— to withdraw Aleksey V. Yasenev, leading economist of the bank licencing section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and Andrey V. Yarkov, chief economist of the bank licencing and credit institution liquidation sector of the banking supervision section of the Chelyabinsk Regional Division, from the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank24.ru from 18 November 2014;

— to introduce Vladimir V. Shmakov, head of premises maintenance section of the general service section of the Transport, General Service, Material and Technical Support Department of the Volga-Vyatka Bank of Russia Main Branch, to the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank24.ru from 18 November 2014.
