On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2870, dated 16 October 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Nizhnevartovsk-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Purpe or OJSC Bank Purpe (Tyumen Region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Urga) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-3219 dated 17 November 2014):

— to withdraw Evgeniy V. Popov, chief legal adviser of the contract and claim sector of the legal section of the Tyumen Regional Division, and Eduard A. Soloviev, category 1 legal adviser of the banking legal support section of the Legal Department of the North-West Bank of Russia Main Branch, from the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Purpe from 18 November 2014.
