On suspension of licence to perform mediation activity as insurance broker

On 17 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to suspend the licence to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker of the following organisations:

• Insurance Broker RusBrokerKonsalt, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4263) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1817 dated 17 July 2014).
• Insurance Broker MA, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4271) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1818 dated 17 July 2014);
• Insurance Broker CAPITAL, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4172) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1819 dated 17 July 2014);
• Insurance Broker Konstanz, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4231) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1822 dated 17 July 2014);
• Insurance and Reinsurance Broker Cooper Gay Russia, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4070) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1824 dated 17 July 2014);
• Insurance Broker Alternativa Profi, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4235) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1826 dated 17 July 2014);
• Insurance Broker MONOLIT, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4234) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1831 dated 17 July 2014);

The decision was taken due to the organisations’ avoidance to receive Bank of Russia instructions and becomes effective the day it is published in a printed media.
