On suspension of licence to perform mediation activity as insurance broker

On 17 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to suspend the licence to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker of the following organisations:

• Insurance Broker KSK Group, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4081) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1820 dated 17 July 2014);
• Insurance Broker My City, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4304) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1821 dated 17 July 2014);
• Insurance Broker Unicom, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4254) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1825 dated 17 July 2014);
• AFM Insurance Consultants and Brokers, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4064) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1828 dated 17 July 2014);
• Insurance Broker ZARIS East Europe, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4161) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1829 dated 17 July 2014).

The decision was taken due to the organisations’ failure to timely meet Bank of Russia requirements and becomes effective the day it is published in a printed media.
