On Bank of Russia decisions of 16 July 2014

On 16 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:

To reissue licence forms of the professional participant of the securities market to the following organisations:

Saint Petersburg-based Bank Orange, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activities due to a change of name and location (previous name: PromServiceBank, limited liability company);

Moscow-based Commercial Bank OPM-Bank, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Kinef Investments, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Bazilevs Finance, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based open joint-stock company ITinvest to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based RON Invest, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Commercial Bank Transportny, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based closed joint-stock company FG Techcapital to carry out broker and dealer activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Ufa-based PromTransBank, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of name (previous name: Industrial and Transport Bank);

Moscow-based Novosib Invest, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based FM Capital, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Gelius Capital Investment Company, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Siberia Capital Group, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based GPB Capital, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Samara-based Capital-Incom Investment Company, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location.
