On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 15 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

CITY CAPITAL, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location;

joint-stock company National Investment Industrial Bank (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

Kastos, limited liability company (the city of Simferopol), to carry out dealer and depositary activity due to a change of location;

joint-stock company General Capital Asset Management (the city of Moscow) to carry out securities management due to a change of location and name;

public joint-stock company Joint-stock Commercial Bank INVESTMENT TRADE BANK (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of name;

joint-stock company Joint-stock Commercial Bank Business-Service-Trust (the city of Novokuznetsk) to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change of name;

joint-stock company Russian Bank for Small and Medium Enterprises Support (the city of Moscow) to carry out dealer activity due to a change of name;

joint-stock company United Financial Group INVEST (the city of Moscow) to carry out securities management due to a change of location and name;

joint-stock company Grand Invest Bank (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

Concern GENERAL-INVEST, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location.
