On securities issue

On 17 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Gas-Turbine Engineering Research and Production Centre ‘Salut’ placed through acquiring by the Russian Federation of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Gas-Turbine Engineering Research and Production Centre ‘Salut’ in the course of reorganisation into the joint-stock company Federal State Unitary Enterprise Gas-Turbine Engineering Research and Production Centre ‘Salut’.

To assign state registration number 1-01-50380-А to the issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Development Corporation of the Kaluga Region placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-12808-А-005D to the additional issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Akronit placed through subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04371-D-003D.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Sukhoi Civil Aircraft placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-21927-Н-007D.

To register issues of classes A, B non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage bearer bonds and a prospectus of class A non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent INTECH.

To assign state registration numbers 4-01-82084-H and 4-02-82084-H to the issues of securities;

To register an issue and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the limited liability company Digital Invest placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36467-R to the issue of securities;

To register changes to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company SOGAZ Tower placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-46241-Н-002D.

To register changes to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares and a prospectus of securities of open joint-stock company United Aircraft Building Corporation placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-55306-Е-001D.

To refuse the inclusion of the limited liability company Management Company Avrora Capital Management in the Register of Management Companies of Specialised Institutions.
