Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Moscow-based Central Bank of the Russian Federation Main Branch for the Central Federal District communicates on the procedure of reorganisation of the PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK METALLURGICAL INVESTMENT BANK through separation of a joint-stock company SAK-15.
