On 14 January 2016, the Bank of Russia decided to register trust management rules of the following funds:
Blagosostoyanie Closed Unit Real Estate Investment Fund managed by Svinyin and Partners Management Company, Limited Liability Company;
BRIG Closed Unit Real Estate Investment Fund managed by Svinyin and Partners Management Company, Limited Liability Company.
