On reissuing forms of licences

On 11 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

Kazan-based Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Energobank, public joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of name,

Moscow-based Investment Company OK Broker, limited liability company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name and location,

Moscow-based RUNETBANK, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management due to a change of name,

Moscow-based Universal Commercial Bank of Humanitarian Investments New Symbol, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity and securities management due to a change of name,

Krasnoyarsk-based Commercial Bank KEDR, public joint-stock company, to carry out dealer and depository activity due to a change of name,

Volgograd-based Joint-stock Commercial Bank Cor, joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of name;

to reissue a form of licence of the Moscow-based REESTR, joint-stock company, to hold a register of securities owners due to a change of name and location.
