On activity of Non-profit Partnership Self-regulatory Organisation of Credit Consumer Cooperatives Central Credit Association

The bank of Russia decided to file a lawsuit to strike off information on the Non-profit Partnership Self-regulatory Organisation of Credit Consumer Cooperatives Central Credit Association (TIN: 7708238331, PSRN: 1117799004916, location: 22-24 Krasnoprudnaya Street, bldg. 1, Moscow, 107996; hereinafter, the Non-profit Partnership) from the state register of self-regulatory organisations of credit consumer cooperatives.

The decision was taken following the Non-profit Partnership’s repeated failure to meet the requirements of Federal Laws No. 190-FZ, dated 17 July 2009, ‘On Credit Cooperation’ and No. 315-FZ, dated 1 December 2007, ‘On Self-regulatory Organisations’, and the failure to timely meet Bank of Russia instructions.
