On securities issue

On 16 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To suspend the issue of series 01 non-convertible registered uncertified discount bonds of the joint-stock company Machine Assembly Plant Zvezda placed through private subscription.

To resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund NEFTEGARANT placed through acquisition of shares by the reorganised Non-State Pension Fund NEFTEGARANT, the state registration number of issue is 1-01-50197-А.

To registeran issue and a prospectus of class A non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds placed through public subscription, and an issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds placed through private subscription of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent FORA 2014.

To assign state registration numbers 4-01-82608-H and 4-02-82608-H to the issues of securities.

To registeran issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent SOYUZ-1 placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-82114-H to the issue of securities.

To registeran additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Moscow Flowers placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-81099-Н-001D to the additional issue of securities.

To registeran additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Special Economic Zones placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-11350-А-009D to the additional issue of securities.

To registera report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company YUNOX COMPANY placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14923-Н-003D.
