To register the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Razgulyai-Market, limited liability company, placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36471-R to the issue of securities.

To register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company National Immunobiological Company placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-15869-А-001D to the additional issue of securities.

To register the amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Tatavtodor placed through private subscription.

State registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-55352-Е-001D.

To include the closed joint-stock company SOLID Management in the register of management companies of special purpose vehicles.
