On reissuing and changing forms of insurance licences

The Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To reissue licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

Non-profit organisation Mutual Insurance Society Narodnye Kassy — a licence to perform mutual insurance due to a change in types of insurance,

AFM Insurance Brokers, limited liability company, — a licence to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker due to a change of location,

Non-profit organisation, consumer society, Mutual Insurance Society Coop-Resource — a licence to perform mutual insurance due to a change of name;

To change the forms of insurance licences of OTKRITIE INSURANCE, open joint-stock company.
