On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-367, dated 16 February 2014, ‘On the Appointment of Provisional Administration to Manage Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Sudostroitelny Bank, Limited Liability Company (SB Bank LLC) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions (Order No. OD-585, dated 16 March 2015):

— to withdraw N.G. Zhukovskaya from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Sudostroitelny Bank, limited liability company, from 17 March 2015;

— to appoint A.V. Tyupin to the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Sudostroitelny Bank, limited liability company, from 17 March 2015.
