On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3460, dated 10 December 2014, ‘On the Appointment of Provisional Administration to Manage Kursk-based Credit Institution Non-bank Credit Institution First Land Settlement Centre, Limited Liability Company (NCI First Land SC LLC) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-584, dated 16 March 2015):

— to withdraw Ye.V. Subbotina and B.A. Shekhovtsov from the provisional administration of the credit institution Non-bank Credit Institution First Land Settlement Centre, limited liability company, from 17 March 2015.
