On 12 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to recognise invalid the issues of series BO-03, BO-04, BO-05, BO-06, BO-07, BO-08, BO-09 and BO-10 non-convertible interest bearing certified exchange-traded bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Tatneft named after V.D. Shashin, the identification numbers are 4В02-02-00161-А, 4В02-03-00161-А, 4В02-04-00161-А, 4В02-05-00161-А, 4В02-06-00161-А, 4В02-07-00161-А, 4В02-08-00161-А, 4В02-09-00161-А and 4В02-10-00161-А of 30 July 2010;
to recognise invalid the issues of series BO-14 and BO-15 non-convertible interest bearing certified exchange-traded bearer bonds of UTair-Finance, limited liability company, the identification numbers are 4В02-14-36059-R and 4В02-15-36059-R of 5 December 2011;
to suspend the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bond of Sintagma, limited liability company, placed through public subscription;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Yalamov Urals Optical & Mechanical Plant, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55470-Е-004D;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Research Institute of Precision Instruments placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-13929-А-005D;
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Tupolev placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04640-А-003D;
to register an issue and a report on the results of issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company United Transport and Logistics Company placed through allocation of shares between the founders of the joint-stock company, "
to assign state registration number 1-01-50276-А to the issue of securities;
to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Vega Radio Engineering Corporation placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-08510-А-011D;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Seligdar, placed through public subscription,
to assign state registration number 1-01-32694-F-004D to the additional issue of securities;
to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Concern Almaz-Antey, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04065-А-009D.
