On 12 December 2014, based on the application of Investment Republic Bank Ltd. (city of Moscow, TIN 7709000765), the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of a professional securities market participant No. 077-13649-010000, dated 21 February 2012, to carry out dealer activities, and No. 077-13650-001000, dated 21 February 2012, to carry out securities management.
