On 15 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took the decision to register the issue of

series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the limited liability company Infrastructure Investments-3, placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36461-R to the issue of securities;

series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the limited liability company Infrastructure Investments-4, placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36460-R to the issue of securities.
