On 10 November 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker activity No. 077-11801-100000, dated 25 November 2008, and to carry out dealer activity No. 077-11803-010000, dated 25 November 2008, of NovahovCapitalBank, closed joint-stock company (TIN 7319000865) following its requests.
