On cancelling licence of professional securities market participant

On 15 October 2015, the Bank of Russia cancelled licences of professional securities market participant of the following entities:

licence to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management of First Trust Manager, limited liability company (TIN: 7720518310);

licence to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management of Investment and Finance Company ASH-SHAMAS CAPITAL, limited liability company (TIN: 7838409980);

licence to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management of the closed joint-stock company Investment Company Global Capital (TIN: 7720580118; PSRN: 5077746446872).

The reason to take this decision was repeated violations within a year of the Russian securities legislation.
