On cancelling licence of professional securities market participant

The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel permanent licence to carry out broker activity (hereinafter, the Licence) No. 178-05888-100000 of 18 March 2002 of the Saint Petersburg-based closed joint-stock company IFC Fourth Dimension (TIN 7801105343), a professional securities market participant.
The reason to cancel the Licence was the application of the closed joint-stock company IFC Fourth Dimension.
