Based on the application of Oil-Consulting LLC (Surgut, TIN 8602102290) the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant issued to the Company No. 072-06541-100000, dated 18 April 2003, to carry out broker activity, No. 072-06547-010000, dated 18 April 2003, to carry out dealer activity, and No. 172-09055-001000, dated 13 April 2006, to carry out securities management.
