On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Yugra, dated 24 December 2014 on the forced liquidation of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Purpe (Bank of Russia Registration No. 709, date of registration — 2 November 1990) and appointing a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-29 dated 16 January 2015) to terminate from 19 January 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Purpe appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2870, dated 16 October 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Nizhnevartovsk-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Purpe or OJSC Bank Purpe (Tyumen Region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Urga) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
