On content and compilation procedure of credit history data section

The Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No. 3465-U, dated 1 December 2014, ‘On the Content and Compilation Procedure of Credit History Data Section’, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 29 December 2014 under Registration No. 35461.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3465-U is developed in compliance with Article 4 of Federal Law No. 218-FZ, dated 30 December 2004, ‘On Credit Histories’.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3465-U stipulates the content and the compilation procedure of the data section of credit history of an individual, including an individual entrepreneur, provided to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs without the consent of the credit history person for the purpose of loan issuance. In particular, Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3465-U determines the information disclosed in the data segment of borrower’s and guarantor’s credit history.
