On updating provisional administration personnel

To update personnel of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution Regional Bank of Development, public joint-stock company, or PJSC JSCB RBR appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3098, dated 10 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3553, dated 10 December 2015) to withdraw A.V. Sharapov, S.V. Rufimsky from the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Regional Bank of Development, public joint-stock company, from 10 December 2015.
