To resume the issue and to register an issue and a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company URANIS-Radiosystems placed through allocation of shares among the founders of the joint-stock company.

To assign state registration number 1-01-50198-А to the issue of securities.

To resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Football Club Torpedo Moscow placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-10799-Н-004D.

To resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Yugorsk Regional Electric Grid Company placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33568-D-002D dated 6 December 2012.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Urgalugol placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-30363-F-003D.

To register an issue and a prospectus of class A and B non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stockc ompany Mortgage Agent AkBars placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration numbers 4-02-82398-Н and 4-03-82398-Н to the issues of securities.

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Tactical Missiles Corporation placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-08114-А-015D.

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue and the prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company United Aircraft Corporation placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-55306-Е-001D.

To register amendments to the decision on the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and the prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Krasnoyarsk Electric Wagon Repair Plant placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-55285-E.
