On amending register of unit investment funds

On 12 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to exclude from the register of unit investment funds information on Computershare Registrator, closed joint-stock company, acting as an agent for the issuance, redemption and exchange of investment units for the following entities:

UNIVER — Fund of Mixed Investments, open-end mixed unit investment fund, managed by UNIVER Management, limited liability company;

UNIVER — Fund of Promising Stocks, interval equity unit investment fund, managed by UNIVER Management, limited liability company;

UNIVER — Fund of Pension Reserves, open-end mixed unit investment fund, managed by UNIVER Management, limited liability company;

UNIVER — Equity Fund, open-end equity unit investment fund, managed by UNIVER Management, limited liability company.
