On unit investment funds

On 9 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to approve a report on the termination of activity of the following unit investment funds:

CONTINENT-2, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by MAXIMUM Management Company, limited liability company, and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds;

Dynasty — Second Real Estate Fund, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by MAXIMUM Management Company, limited liability company, and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds;

Mercury Profit, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Mercury Asset Management, and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds;

Macquarie Renaissance Infrastructure Fund, closed-end unit investment hedge fund managed by Renaissance Capital Management Company, limited liability company, and to strike off the said fund from the register of unit investment funds.
