On registering amendments and addenda to rules of trust management

On 11 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

TrustUnion — Rent, closed-end rental unit investment fund managed by the joint-stock company Trust Light Management Company;

Lemikon Investments, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by PROMSVYAZ Management Company, limited liability company;

Zarechye, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by TETIS Capital, limited liability company;

Finam — Information Technologies, closed-end equity unit investment fund managed by Finam Management, limited liability company;

Vector, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by Svinin & Partners Management Company, limited liability company;

Elektrostal — Invest, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Central Trust Company;

InterFinance — The First, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by InterFinance Asset Management, limited liability company.
