On 14 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:
To issue copies of series КА qualification certificate No. 008999 (FFMS of Russia Certification Board record No. 40/P of 29 June 2006) of Financial Market Specialist with specialisation in broker and dealer activities and operations to manage securities, and series AA qualification certificate No. 032670 (FCSM of Russia Certification Board record No. 3/90 of 14 April 2004) of Securities Market Specialist with specialisation in depositary activity, to Elena B. Kvon (the city of Moscow).
