On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Sakhalin Region, dated 4 June 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution open joint-stock company Tikhookeanskiy Vneshtorgbank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1378, date of registration — 20 February 1991), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1349, dated 15 June 2015) to terminate from 16 June 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Tikhookeanskiy Vneshtorgbank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-784, dated 13 April 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk-Based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Tikhookeanskiy Vneshtorgbank or OJSC Tikhookeanskiy Vneshtorgbank Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
