On 11 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Svyazinvestneftechim (the Republic of Tatarstan), placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55006-Е-005D;
to resume the issue and to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Concern Radio-Electronic Technologies, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-1-01-13614-А-002D;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company DIXY South (Moscow Region), placed through private subscription,
to assign the state registration number 1-01-30264-Н-021D to the additional issue of securities;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Special Economic Zone of Industrial and Manufacturing Type Lipetsk (Lipetsk Region), placed through private subscription,
to assign the state registration number 1-01-43351-А-005D to the additional issue of securities;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company North-Western Phosphorous Company (Murmansk Region), placed through private subscription,
to assign the state registration number 1-01-57427-Н-003D to the additional issue of securities;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Akronit (Novgorod Region), placed through private subscription,
to assign the state registration number 1-01-04371-D-004D to the additional issue of securities;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Research and Production Association Bazalt, placed through private subscription,
to assign the state registration number 1-01-15332-А-002D to the additional issue of securities;
to register amendments to the decision on an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Research and Production Concern Manufacturing Technologies, placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14878-А-001D;
to register amendments to the decision on an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Azov Optical and Mechanical Plant (Rostov Region), placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is −01-34274-Е-007D.
