On Bank of Russia decisions

On 13 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the joint-stock company National Management Company (the city of Moscow) due to a change of name (previous name: closed joint-stock company National Management Company) and location;

to register amendments and addenda to the internal control rules of Innovative Solutions Management Company, closed joint-stock company (the city of Moscow);

to register amendments and addenda to the internal control rules of MDS-Asset Management, limited liability company (the city of Moscow).
