On 14 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Oblkommunenergo Invest (the Sverdlovsk Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33661-D-001D;

to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company RusExpressCredit placed through the exchange of the shares of the authorized capital of the members of the limited liability company into the shares of the joint-stock company being transformed,

to register issues and a prospectus of class A1, A2 and B non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds secured by monetary claims of the limited liability company Magistral Dvukh Stolits placed through public subscription,
