On securities issue

On 14 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to resume the issue and to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Omskiy Nauchno Issledovatelskiy Institut Priborostroeniya placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-13067-F-004D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Georesurs placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-70459-Н-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Military-Industrial Corporation NPO Mashinostroenia placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-12145-А-009D to the additional issue of securities;

to register amendments to the decision on the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Domashnie Dengi, limited liability company, placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-36412-R, dated 12 April 2012;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Nash Dom Primorye placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-31624-F-009D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Prepreg — Advanced Composite Materials placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-70537-Н-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Research and Production Corporation Uralvagonzavod named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55004-F-008D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Small Series Plant Znamya Truda placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15529-J-002D;

to register reports on the results of the issue of class A and B non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent INTEKH, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-01-82084-H and 4-02-82084-H.
