On cancelling Bank of Russia decision

On 13 April 2015, the Bank of Russia cancelled its decision of 2 April 2015 to strike off information about the public joint-stock company Otkritie Financial Corporation Bank acting as an agent to issue, redeem and exchange investment units of the following unit investment funds:

open-end equity unit investment fund OTKRITIE — Eurobonds managed by OTKRITIE Management Company, limited liability company;

open-end funds unit investment fund OTKRITIE — Gold managed by OTKRITIE Management Company, limited liability company;

open-end funds unit investment fund OTKRITIE — Developed Markets managed by OTKRITIE Management Company, limited liability company.
