On 14 Januaty 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to refuse to issue licence of professional securities market participant to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management to the Moscow-based Investment Company Fianit, limited liability company (TIN 7714924064);
to issue licence of professional securities market participant to carry out broker activity on concluding contracts only in the form of derivative financial instruments with a commodity as the underlying asset to the Moscow-based SOFT, limited liability company.
